Our Facilities
The Gables conference room is an ideal location to entertain or communicate to your business clients or associates. It is suitable for informal meetings, presentations or business breakfast and lunch or evenings meals are available. Many local and multinational companies in the area have used our facilities for their product launches and other functions.

We have structured our business day into configurable sections to meet your business meeting or seminar requirements. For a whole days seminar you can choose all the sections or if you prefer a morning meeting perhaps choose Items A to C, the choice is entirely yours. There is a choice of drinks at the tables or reception drinks prior to a session. Mineral Water is supplied for each session.

A. Business Breakfast
Continental Breakfast - bread, croissant, preserves
Bacon Baguette breakfast
Full English Breakfast - Available on request
All served with orange juice and coffee or tea.

B - Reception Drinks
Coffee and fruit juices 8.30am

C- Morning Business Session
Coffee served mid-morning 9.00am-1.00pm

D - Light Lunch
2 courses - served in main restaurant 1.00pm-2.00pm

E - Reception Drinks
Coffee and Tea 1.30am

F - Afternoon Business Session
Coffee Served mid-afternoon 2.00pm-6pm

G - Evening Dinner
3 courses served in main restaurant from 7.00pm

Drinks are available in the bar from 6pm, payable at the bar.
